Problems Multiplayer XBox-Live

Hello together,

since today I have problems with logging into the multiplayer AOE II DE. When I want to log in with my Xbox-Live Account it is popping up a message that I shall check my options because according to my settings for XBox-Live I can not use some functions. But yesterday evening it worked. I have reinstalled the game but the problem is still there.

Does anybody have the same issue? I hope somebody can help me.
