Hi everyone,
For those who have problems installing the game through the Windows store and for those who have problems when playing multiplayer, with the issue that the Xbox Live theme was not active, here is the solution.
You press the windows key and type “services”, you run it as Administrator.
Look for the line where “Xbox Live Authentication Management” appears. He appeared disabled to me. Right click and choose “properties” and then under “startup type” select “Automatic”.
Another option that I have also changed is the “Xbox Accessory Management Services”, I have left it on automatic.
You go to the Windows store and you can install the game. It also solves the problem that it gave to connect to multiplayer.
