After loading a saved skirmish game while playing the Abbasid Dynasty all my production queues were stuck. Nothing came through.
I have consistently reproduced this with 8.2.218 by making sure production queues were filled when saving. Loading the game later after exiting the game exhibited frozen production queues.
I had to abandon the save game for this reason.
