Unfortunately, it appears that, even with linking my Xbox and Steam profiles, your mastery, campaign, and multiplayer progress/stats do not sync from one version of the game to another. My achievements did sync upon launching the Steam game (originally played via PC Game Pass), but Iām curious whether the rest will eventually sync with time, or I will have to replay the campaigns/redo the masteries.
