The description for the Atlanteans’ Prophetic Sight technology says it affects Oracles, which it does, but most technologies also buff the Hero unit equivalent (e.g. Titan Shield or Devotees of Atlas). The tooltip suggests it only affects normal Oracles, and not also Hero Oracles. Other tooltips that affect Hero units have separate “Unit (Hero)” mentioned. I’m not sure if this is a bug but I assume it is because I don’t see why these bonuses shouldn’t also be for Hero Oracles.
