Proposal for Ballanced and reworks on Age of empires IV

Hello to this beautiful community! Long time ago I was thinking about changes, cos the current meta needs it. Age of empires IV is in a good shape and we need to convert this game in a pro game and for this we need to work in a proper balance.
I see a problem: Passive incomes that don’t belong for a RTS, I say several times that was the problem of aoe3 and why the RTS community never like this game.
So here are my thoughts for changes.

Zhu Xi & China:
• The current state give 150% faster supervision; is too much and desballance the game in early stages (every tournament zhuxi is banned for a reason) Officials now start with a lower base supervision :
o Feudal Age: 50%
o Castle Age: 100%
o Imperial Age: 150%
That allows to decrease the amount of taxes (passive gold) in early stages.

Holly Roman Empire:
We know that developers are germans, but the current state of the game needs a nerf for HRE, so let the nationalities far away from the game
• Prelades inspire get increased by ages:
o Feudal Age: 20%
o Castle Age: 30%
o Imperial Age: 40%
• The current stage of the meta is that HRE with Achen Chapel overwhelms the opponents in feudal age, and thanks to their economy easly reach castle (also imperial age in 14 minutes producing)
• The Palace of Swabia landmark cost 2400 food and 1200 gold.
• Black riders increase cost 180 food / 150 gold

Landcaster:
¿Rework? If the civ has 25% sheep gather, ¿why Manors don’t produce Sheeps? Instead give free incomes that broken the game.
If rework don’t apply for developers:
• Actually Landcaste can build 9 Manors at minute 9 that give them
o 540 FOOD (Equivalent to 13.5 villagers)
o 405 WOOD (Equivalent to 10 villagers)
o Total 23.5 Vills
• In 11 minutes, you have 40 villagers created by the TC + “23 equivalent villagers manors” = 63 vills producing. No other civ can do this,
o Abassid 3 tc boom abassid reach 62 vills in eleven minutes.
o Another civ 2 tc boom: 52 vills
• I test a comparison with my brother me as HoL (Pink) and he with Abassid (red):

• Changes:
• Maximum 6 Manors: equivalent to 360 food (9 vills) and 270 wood (7 vills) = 16 vills equivalent to 2 tc boom.
• Manors no longer give you +10 population instead occupy 2 pop to balanced the amount of army in late game, otherwise in late game you only need 80 vills / 120 army vs a normal civ needs 120 vills / 80 army.

Malians:
• Actually state:
o 900 food passive income equivalent 22.5 vills – with Gran Fulani Corral Its not ok
o 500 gold passive income with 4 mines equivalent 12.5 vills – for me its ok.
Rework Malians:
Gran Fulani Corral
• No longer give you passive food income
• Now Increase the cow meat gathering +30% for vills
• Give you 2 cows for free barely built
• Give you 1 cow for free every minute
Why this change? When you try to raid a Malian, they only save the vills under the TC and passive income still increase the food, he continues create army instead the idle vills. With this change you are force to gather food with the vills, if u hide ur vills on the TC u can’t produce.
