[PS5] Can't play most of the video in the Campaign mode

Issue: [PS5] Can’t play most of the video in the Campaign mode

Trigger Event: After completing the campaign, there are some historical videos that can play but most of the videos only appear black screen. I can hold “O” to exit, but cant see anything but some can play and see, such as “Building a Castle”.

(what was happening at the time of the issue. this could be an action you or another player took right before the issue started)

Repro Steps: I need help actually. Because those videos sound really nice and informative.
