No idea what is causing this. Tuning pack, no images, no special characters. Tried creating a tuning pack with just one modification to see if the upload problem went away (and was therefore something in my tuning pack) and still getting this error. Been like this since the S5 update.

Looks like a known issue across all games and being investigated.

Yes, the same issue has been reported to the official for a week and has not been fixed yet
