Publishing mods is buged and not working

Issue:

Can not upload a new mod to server age of Empires 4 true game cliënt.

Trigger Event:

Uploading a mod to server.

Repro Steps:

  1. Publish mod
  2. Finalizing get stuck at 100%
  3. No steam id name added at mod .

Hello i got a problem . All my mods are not publishing. I get a error code c27t-9995ro1x000 414d50620135 . And under the name of my mod there is not my steam name present it states made by unknown. It will all go like it shut be. but after de publishing part is finished 100% it get stuck and i get the error code. I did search online but did not found the answer. PLS help me. I think my self that is a problem at the server from Microsoft. How can i fix this. I try fresh install pc all gamefiles new. Made new mod with system after reinstall and same problem. I think there is a conflict with my name in de server when im uploaden. How to fix ?. I see more people having this problem. My friend have same problem. I tried to upload a mod at his place but still same problem.
