Now that Japan has been revealed, I would assume that PUP is gonna release exactly two weeks before the update drops. Does that mean we get playable versions of the new civs on November 1st?
They said there is no PUP.
A lot of game developers don’t release PUPs for paid DLCs. The hype and pre-ordering is part of the business and you risk all that by letting people play beforehand.

We will likely see an end to the embargo/NDAs a few days or a week before the launch, so we will probably get a bunch of streamers/youtubers release more content on the civs with all the new info.
