Hi,
I am so far am not liking this game. All I can do is play the Norman Empire and the tutorials. BORING! How do I get to play against the Civilzations?
Looking for some help with this.

Are you looking for multiplayer or single player against AI?
On the main menu you can pick multiplayer to see the options there such as ranked, unranked, lobbies, and coop vs AI.
I assume you must have seen this already so you’re probably looking for single player options.
On the single player menu there are tabs at the top. Campaign, Skirmish, and Art of War. Go to Skirmish to play games against the AI, you can pick whichever civs you want:
