Purchased DLCs not appearing in game

African Royals shown on home screen as available but have purchased already

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Simply start the game.
2. Have unclicked the DLCs in the game properties, started, closed, reabled and no change
3. Game file integrity checked and clean - see below:

EXPECTED RESULT

Should be able to use the DLC plug ins.

USA DLC does not have any new campaing, just the civ, and the single player content of african royals are actually under ‘historical battles’, and not in story mode section. If you can play USA and african civs in MP or skirmish and have the three historical battles then you’re fine.
