Queue Scouting on Mini Map Causes Cursor to change and you to only be able to mouse scroll

Issue: When auto queing (Shift + Right Click by default) your scout via your minimap, after a certain number of clicks (undetermined but repeatable) your cursor changes to map scrolling only preventing you from properly selecting units or using hotkeys.

Trigger Event:

Clicking several times (with a unit selected) on the minimap to auto que pathing. Did this on both Isis and Odin and the same thing happened.

Repro Steps:

  1. Select Scout
    1. Shift + Right Click Minimap to move scout repeatedly (more than 5 times at least)
  3. cursor changes.
