Quick Load hotkey does not work

Issue:

Pressing the quickload hotkey triggers the confirmation prompt. Pressing “Yes” results in the following:

I was playing a campaign game.

Repro Steps:

  1. Start a Single Player game.
  2. Quick Save.
  3. Quick Load.
