Map bans in Quick Play team games are not working as intended. I banned Black Forest and already twice this week the matchmaking systems presents me with… Black Forest! Wonderful. This started happening sometime this week.

:point_down: How often does the issue occur? CHOSE ONE; DELETE THE REST!

  • 50% of the time / matches I play (FREQUENTLY)

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Ban Black Forest (or presumably any other map) for Quick Play team games
  2. Queue up.
  3. Watch the map appear anyway when a match comes up.

:point_down: What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?
The matchmaking system should never make you play on banned maps.

Hey,
this currently doesn’t happen in our test, could you please provide us with extra information? The best would be a video showcasing your map bans and the the start of the game, getting your banned map.

Thanks for your reply. The problem has not occurred since my initial post. I will report back with video evidence should it reoccur.
