Quick Play used to work okay…yeah people quit sometimes but it was playable - not any more!
Sheer number of games that don’t start, or if they do end instantly, due to dodging is completely unplayable - this needs fixing, as someone who never dodges and is happy to play it out it is deeply annoying.
Not pretending I know the solution fully but something like:
- More map bans (to keep those who really don’t wanna play a map happier - maybe with a warning that your queue time will go up the more you ban).
- Clearly stated dodging penalty of a few minute cooldown, repeat dodging it should get longer and longer.
- Ability at regular elo to block players you don’t want to play against who you know constantly dodge or quit early - I’d rather queue longer than play with them - and they should learn better habits than to selfishly ruin 7 other people’s experience quitting at the first thing - I understand at top elo this cant be a thing for ranked but this isn’t top elo and it isn’t ranked!
