Issue: Ra Pharaoh Empowering Monuments

Monument to Pharaohs & Monument to Gods show 2 unique bigger circle radius when clicked, but have same exact ACTUAL range as first 3 monuments with small circles shown.

Making it hard to distinguish where to place a building when using the final 2 monuments.

I was hoping they’d have more ACTUAL range to possibly use Monument to gods in an aggressive position. As a gamble, of course. Kinda bm too ahaha

Repro Steps:

1.place any first 3 monuments, place any buildings touching the edge of the circle, it will empower. Try that with the final 2 monuments, it will not. I tried Stronghold and Watch Tower

Its a visual bug due to obstructions, all have the same effect range, the only wrong thing here is the visuals
