I have seen no mention of the game maps being randomly generated and the graphics style looks as though that won’t be the case. I hope they will be randomly generated as that was an integral part of the replayability of the previous games.
they did mention something about this somewhere, I am sure. although its not clear to what extend, mps will be randomized/ have randomized positions/ elements.
But as said, not clear to what extend.
We mostly saw campaigns and 2 kirmish matches, so hard to evaluate based on that 
They will be randomly generated just like in AoE2 for sure. It was officialy stated here at 18:35 (as well as other video interviews):

How does the art style show that there will be no random maps?
It looked a bit high fidelity for auto generation but maybe the examples were just scenarios.
