i cant find my worker when game start. tree hide the worker. worker behind the tree. find worker very hard long time. its very unfair idiot. it must fix!
Utilize the 'select all idle villagers" hotkey
As well as the idle vill hotkey and using the map to spot where your villagers are with ease.(nomad)
If talking about the normal game mode where you actually start with a tc + vills + scout- then I can suggest the select all idle villager hotkey as well as the small trees mod and the idle vill hotkey respectively.

If you are talking about the pop up tech tree that they added with the last update, just don’t hover you mouse over you tech tree icon at the start of the game. If you are talking about an actual ingame tree download the small trees mod.
