During a ranked 1v1, after literally killing my opponent I get an error: Cardinal has stopped working
My internet connection was Ok, but after logging in again I got a free loss 
It happened to me 2nd time, every time a lost match and almost dead opponent.
Is this could be some disc hack or sth?
