Hey, I just finished a ranked match (the HRE vs HRE match on KotH). Unfortunately, right after the opponent surrendered, I couldn’t send any messages in the chat, didn’t gain any exp and also didn’t have the game count as a win - I’d have been Plat II afterwards, which would have been a nice little accomplishment for me.
This happened to me a long time ago already, and I have no idea why this happens. It’s frustrating.
