Ranked Pre load screen, game crashes

Issue:

Ranked team Que, moving from lobby into the game pre load screen the game crashes… of course this being a stupid feature you then cant re join and you get a lost…which is absolute bs I’m a grown adult paying for this why should I waste another 40 mins to get the points I lost.

Hi there - the game crashed during a ranked 2x2 last night could be related; note I played 1 game after reloading aoe and starting the game.
it wont let be upload files dxdiag /warnings - something to do with being a new user?

I think I’m under the understanding that the game we played after wiped the logs of the previous game I got kicked from :frowning: is there any scope to add a rejoin feature? Like there are literally no negatives and would say the dev team a lot of hassle

I had the same issue. I also followed literally all advices the offical bug fix guides provided. Needed to reinstall several times. After the nth reinstall somehow it disappeared.

I could be an issue with a mod maybe. Currently, I am playing without mods. Still I face some though more specific issues.
