There is no point in making rants and complaints, because both the developers and publisher won’t listen to the criticisms anyway, and they prioritize making money more than fixing this mess they made. We’ve been complaining and moaning all the time, and they just ignored us.
We’ve given up on this fiasco.
Telling how fans feel is important even if devs do nothing. Devs can find how their game become ruins.

I agree that the complaints themselves won’t change much. In the end, forum users don’t even represent 1% of potential buyers.
However, the real risk is DLC review bombing. There is a significant number of people who won’t buy V&V, for example, because the ratings are catastrophic.
I’m not calling for a boycott or a poor rating. I’m just saying that sales are likely to be modest. And money is a much stronger lever to change bad decisions.

Whose “we”? Speak for yourself. There are countless examples of complaints and bad sales causing creators to change direction with the media they were making. And not just in game, in films and tv as well. They may not care if we complain, but if their sales are affected dramatically they’ll be forced to take note.
