Recorded games goes "out of sync with orginal game"

Issue:

Every recorded game I watch ends with “Playback stopped because it is out of sync with the original game.” No matter what game it is, what speed, it can go for 3 minutes or 30 minutes but it happens with EVERY recorded game I try to review. Attempted reinstall and wiped all previous recordings with no success.

Watching a recorded game.
