Redesigned conversions

So, conversion right now risk relics, and relics generate gold. Also, monks are super easy to kill.

So… what if conversions were chance affairs that didnt require a relic to use, but also were dependent on the number of relics your team held for conversion chance to work?

For example, if your team holds 8 relics, and an enemy with 1 relic uses conversion… non of your units will convert.

If its 4 relics to 4 relics, then its a 50/50 chance.

If 6 relics to 2 relics, its 15% chance to work per unit affected by the conversion.

This directly impacts the way relic holding and religion works, and changes the strength of religions in battle, and forces players to think about how many relics their enemy holds.

I think relics are right now balanced. They give advantages but also risks. For example if a player rush castle to get them all and the other player knows it, a feudal all in can win the game.
