Revolutionaries got their speed nerfed to 4.5 speed but Redshirts are still 5 speed. The Revolutionary unit is called xpColonialMilitia in the files when Redshirts are called deColonialMilitia.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

Send the Italian Church card
Go to age 4
Research the Risorgimento tech

EXPECTED RESULT

^{What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?}
Either the Redshirt should be 4.5 speed, or the Risorgimento tech description should mention that it makes the Revolutionary unit faster.
