Relic tooltips are normally supposed to show just under and to the side of the cursor, but about half the time it’s showing the tooltip elsewhere on the screen. It seems there might be some correlation between where the previous relic tooltip was supposed to show, and where the current tooltip is showing, but I’m not sure.
