Replace/remove useless hotkeys for Imperial Official

Issue:

  1. Imperial officials have unnecessary hotkeys - wedge formation, line, and checkerboard formation. Which do not add up when selected with Villagers, so they are absolutely useless.
  2. For some reason, the Imperial Official has hotkey A - attack on the move. Although this unit is peaceful.

Instead, I also suggest adding a “drop resources/taxes” button to the nearest available building. This would be very useful for Villagers/Imperial Officials. The same hotkey could be added for Villagers as well, like in the Age of Empires II patch a year and a half ago.

Trigger Event:

Having and using these hotkeys is useless.

Repro Steps:

  1. Pick Imperial Official and will see.
