In AoE 3, replays recorded chat and taunts. It was really interesting to see what the enemy team was talking about and all that, and it was really funny to rewatch some replays just because of the chat.
It would be nice to add such a feature. The engine is the same.

Also, can’t see the chats when spectating a game.
Do not know if it is intended or an oversight, maybe move it into bug section.
