# Report a BASIC character translation bug

### Issue:

First, I must clarify that I’m a Chinese player, so I’m not sure whether the English version has this issue (but I’m not optimistic). I was invited by a developer to elaborate in the Steam comments section, so here goes. I left a negative review because in the second scenario of Sun Ce’s campaign in _Definitive Edition_, the hero character for Yuan Shu is actually Yuan Shao. I don’t know if this is a translation error or if the wrong hero was simply assigned, but the portrait matches Yuan Shao. This feels as jarring as having a Washington mission where the hero is Napoleon—how is anyone supposed to immerse themselves? And this is only the second scenario; no matter how careless you are, this shouldn’t happen. It’s a very serious basic mistake. Please fix it as soon as possible.

Here’s how to reproduce the problem:

1. Just play the second scenario of Sun Ce’s campaign—that’s all it takes.

The issue is actually worse than the translation… the English version of the game just merged Yuan Shao and Yuan Shu into a single character. Be prepared for even worse inaccuracies further on.
