This guy mined all our gold and gave it to the enemy while doing nothing the whole game but ground fire me and my ally’s buildings.

You can either go to Xbox.com, search for the gamertag and report from their profile or press Windows Key+G to launch the game bar on Windows 10 and in the chat section search for the gamertag and report from there.
