Request: Animate Oars

Is there any reason why the ships with oars in the base game don’t animate.
The chronicles ships do and they look so much better for it.

The Dromon, early fireship and Lou Chuan just slide along the water with static oars, looking like a water skimmer bug.

Also, can we bring back the sails moving in the wind animation from the original game in the next update?

I was about to request that. Same for

  • Turtle Ship & elite
  • Dragon Ship

Though the current animation can be upgraded. Currently the oars are used in the wrong direction, cutting through water with their “edge” like a knife would do, rather than pushing the water with their flat side. It’s easy to notice on the bigger ships.
