Restoration, temple of healing visual effects not showing

Issue:

When using the Restoration god power or other healing uses (Temple of Healing tech etc), the heavenly visual effect doesn’t show up

Trigger Event:

Nothing unusual, using the powers normally. Sometimes the effect shows up while in combat and doesn’t while not doing anything and vice-versa, there’s no way to know

Repro Steps:

  1. Using the power on units in combat or stationary
  2. sometimes the effect shows up, sometimes it doesn’t
  3. happens with temple of healing and units healing as well

Okay so after some testing, I can replicate it easily, using the Restoration gp when the units are idle works normally and the visual effect shows but when the units are in battle with other units or when you’re in the state of being attacked, the visual effect doesn’t show, i’ve done it several times and it does this everytime.

This bug is still present and still be replicated, for additional info, during the state of combat and using the restoration god power/healing when the units are selected it the effect shows but when you unselect the units the effect disappears
