Found on Steam, Windows 10, High graphics setting:
When, during a (campaign, but perhaps any) match, ALT-TAB is used to minimize the game, and the game is resumed by clicking on the taskbar icon, the scenario starts to “flash”, switching, in very fast sequence, between the following appearances and similar ones. HUD and minimap are not affected.
