Return of Rome scenario editor?

Please make the new DLC have a great scenario editor if it’s a separate game. I would love to play CBA, Europe Diplomacy, Middle East Diplomacy, Jurassic Park, etc.

Triggers. Spawn resources/ units, and lots of other triggers. AOE 1 scenario does not have triggers. The AOE 1 editor is bare bones.

Pretty sure it will use the aoe2 editor.
