Is there a timeline for the upcoming patch(-es)?
I heard Beasty say in a video before the last patch, that the following one would be huge.
Does anyone know when the patch will come?
It has been a long time since last patch.
Certain game-breaking things like the attackmove-problems and poor pathing and walls bugging out arround clifs and berries are more than overdue to be fixed.
Also Byz are way too strong right now, since they can spam units and age up at the same time AND have a big eco.

Other than that idk about official word, rumor mill will always be churning. I think it’s safe to assume that it usually goes with major patch at start of season and major patch half way, like the above event, and 3 seasons per year (mar-jun, july-oct, nov-feb (roughly)) with major content on the 3rd season (anniversary edition on 3rd season, sultans ascend on 6th season)
Rough timeline +/- 1 month, subject to change and based off of my personal assumptions:
Past that I can’t see a pattern, and I may be missing emergency hotfix patches for glaring issues. I agree that they should bring more press releases, would love to hear more from people if they’ve noticed something I’ve missed.
Byzantines are fine dont need no nerfs.
Byzantines are hard enough to play to make them balanced (in current patch, i won’t talk about season 6 total mess) and people arguing about they are cheated didn’t even managed to try them in high elo game.
