Garrison ability appears for fishing ships, but this ability does not work.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Open Age of Empires 2: Return of Rome.
  2. Switch to the Age of Empires 1 mode.
  3. Single Player → Skirmish.
  4. Choose a map with water.
  5. Build a dock and a fishing ship. Also build a tower near the shore.
  6. Select the fishing ship.
  7. The fishing ship should have the garrison ability, but should not be able to garrison in the dock or in the tower near the shore.

:point_down: What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?

The fishing ship should not have the garrison ability.

Currently the Light Transport ship and the Scout Ship correctly do not have the garrison ability.
