[RoR] Whale lacks underwater graphics in Return of Rome

With the release of TLC, the Whale resource was also added to the Scenario Editor in Return of Rome.
However, unlike in the base game, it is lacking its underwater graphics. Due to this, it is less noticeable. Other marine creatures use their underwater graphics in RoR.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. In Return of Rome, open the Scenario Editor.
  2. Paint a body of water. Place a Whale (Gaia, under “Other”) in it. Additionally, place a unit for Player 1 (e.g. a War Galley) near it.
  3. Test the scenario. Observe the Whale, the submerged parts of it are generally not seen.
  4. Repeat the above in the base game, the underwater graphics of the Whale are visible.

The underwater graphics of the Whale should be visible in both Return of Rome and the base game.
