RPG - unwanted stacked effects

Hey guys, can anyone pls help me?

I have the problem that the effects are stacking. Here is the process:

  1. Timer (Condition)
  2. Spawn unit
  3. modify its stats (f.e. more attack)

But what really happens is, that after the first unit spawned it will stop spawning new units and it will just modify the stats of the existing unit into oblivion…

What can I do to mitigate that?

ah but after the unit moved it will spawn “normal” units again.

So the problem is
a) the unit is not moving away from its spawn point
b) (the optimum) it only spawns new units + changes stats when the spawn point is empty
