When playing Russians, the church card tech “St. Petersburg Dragoons” (“Replaces all Cavalry Archer shipments in your Homecity with Counter Dragoons”) doesn’t affect the Romanian card “8 Cavalry Archers”. This occurs whether you research the tech before or after revolting.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Start game as Russians
2. Ship the card “Reformist Tsar” (church card)
3. Revolt to Romania
4. Research the tech “St. Petersburg Dragoons” from your Church

EXPECTED RESULT

Researching the tech “St. Petersburg Dragoons” from your Church should replace the Romanian “8 Cavalry Archers” card with “8 Counter-Dragoons”.
