 DESCRIBE THE ISSUE IN DETAIL (below). LIMIT TO ONE BUG PER THREAD.
“Safe Delete” feature does not apply when selecting a building foundation.
For example trying to delete palisade foundations while any of the “safe delete” building are selected does not prompt the dialog and deletes all buildings you have selected.

I’ve created a Discord message about this just yesterday as well

Found a new Bug where can I post it?

You can delete TC etc. accidentally w/o the popup:
Steps to reproduce:

  1. Select TC
  2. Select unbuilt building foundation
  3. Press shift delete
  4. Profit!

It works as long as you select the unbuilt foundation last.

All that I can add to OP is, that you need to shift+delete the buildings and that you need select the unbuild foundation last.
