Scenario Editor: Trigger Force Research Tech "Obsidian Arrows" does not increase building damage

I’m a big Scenario Editor fan. I’m attempting to make archers do more damage to buildings. Naturally, I used a trigger to research Obsidian Arrows (and specifically forced the research) to make sure. I’ve double and triple checked the player is correct. I’ve also created a fresh scenario for this specific test. In no instance did it work for me. I’ll attach the scenario so you can run the test scenario and see the issue in action. If it does work for you I’ll upload a video proving it not working for me. At no point do the Archers do more than one damage

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Optimal - Run scenario attached. (instructions included) dropbox link here: link
  2. Alternatively, Create Scenario with Archers and enemy buildings
  3. Create trigger that researches obsidian arrow tech
  4. Notice no difference between attack!

It is because this tech only affects Archer-line: Archer, Crossbowman, and Arbalester.
