First of all, thanks for your report.
Player 2 clicked the scout before he was able to deal the damage, a missmicro caused by the fact, that attack animation and when the dmg is done is not always synced.

thats what I saw as well. player cancel the attack too quick ended up doing no damage, still have to let the animation play past a certain point even for melee units.
