Scout doing torch damage to units

Hello
I played in multiplayer after the patch and I saw my scout taking torch damage.
The first screen shows enemy scout with 13 dmg.

I have 2 more screens that proves this is not a graphic bug, my scout took the damage from torch but apparently I am not allowed put 2 images in the same post.
