Second unique unit for every civ

How Incas are the most unique tier and Bulgarians is the least unique tier?

Inca have 2 unique units and a regional unit but they are also missing the entire stable.

Bulgarians should not be in the bottom Tier, I forgot they have a unique building.

Who would Huskarls be regional for, though? The only civs I can really see having Huskarls are Goths, Vikings, and maybe Britons (because Anglo-Saxons ruled by French people). I don’t really think the Teutons fit for them theme-wise, even if they do historically (Saxons). None of the Franks, Celts, or anything else near there works, really.

Not sure if it’s a good idea to rename such an old and beloved unit. They didn’t remove the silly horns from the Berserk either. A ranged Infantry unit would work well for Infantry civilisations and would also fit well into an Early Medieval themed DLC. The Franks could still have the strongest Throwing Axeman because of their unique technology and their complete Infantry techtree. Organ Guns are definitely another, though. I’d specifically make it a Pan-European siege unit in the siege workshop, give those who used them excessively (Polish, Slavs) civ bonuses to do with them, and call it a day.

That is a good candidate too.
Nothing Portuguese about Organ Guns. This mistake was just copied over from AoE3.
