I leveled up the US to level 39 (without using cheats) and purchased all home city cosmetics, but the “See My Vest!” achievement still didn’t unlock.
Has anyone else had this issue? Any solution?

Heads up, the latest patch with the new DLC seems to have fixed this bug! The achievement popped for me as soon as I went to customize a home city I had previously unlocked all cosmetics for.
