When you’ve had villagers and/or mule carts seek shelter, the building in which they sought shelter shows to new commands w description.

Send Villagers Back to Work
Ungarrison all villagers from this building and send them back to work.

All Back to Work
Sends workers in this building and all nearby buildings back to work.

So sometimes we use the term “villager” and sometimes we use the term “worker”. Both seem to work with both villagers and mule carts. Not really sure why we’re using different terminology to indicate the same set of units.
