my friend can’t play this game today, the system prompts that he has been banned, but he never did anything wrong. seems like there’s a misunderstanding.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. run the game
  2. can’t do anything

play the game like usual

He can’t change the language of game. The words in the middle of the screen means “Unable to connect to the online service, your account has been temporarily suspended”
