Select all Idle villagers sometimes doesnt select all

Issue:

When using the default hotkeys to select all idle villagers, sometimes it doesnt select all of them. Have to use the hot keys, sometimes many many times to eventually get all of the idles to move.

Reproduction Steps:

  1. When having a lot of idle villagers, try to use the select all idle villagers hotkeys to get them to move or perform a task.
