Select box "sticks" in a specific situation

Issue:

Select box sticks at your mouse cursor while at the same time scrolling. The box will stick and will not release unless you press left mouse again.

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Only happens Windowed Mode which isn’t full screen size
  2. Play any game
  3. Start a select box while holding mouse down
  4. While making the select box, start pushing mouse against edge of window so the view scrolls
  5. Now release Left Mouse
  6. Your box is stuck and unable to select a group and interrupts player control

My guess it is has to do with the mouse moving outside the window boundaries while the game thinks you never exited and thus keeps the select box.
